Feline Diner products are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Damage from accidents, drops, liquid in the base, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear such as scratches.

Email FelineDiner@hotmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or video. If the claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the product, or refund you.
