Shipping & Delivery

Every order ships free, to almost every country in the world. There's no minimum order and no hidden fees at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Remote areas, customs checks or peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also follow your order from the Order Tracking page.

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Your FREE Mini Cat Water Fountain ships with, or alongside, your Feline Diner Pro 5. If they arrive in separate parcels, the second one is usually close behind.
