Privacy Policy

Information you provide at checkout or via our contact form (name, email, address, order details). Payments are processed by Shopify; we don’t store card details.

To fulfil orders, provide support and, if you agree, send updates.

This site stores your cart and currency choice in your browser so they’re remembered between visits.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits and purchases from our Facebook and Instagram ads and to improve those ads. It sends Meta the pages you view, your browser and device details, IP address and Meta cookies. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it only runs if you click Accept; elsewhere it runs by default. You can accept or withdraw at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, and we record your choice and when you made it. Meta’s use of this data is covered by its own privacy policy.

You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing us.

We share only what's needed to run your order: Shopify for checkout and payments, and shipping carriers for delivery. We never sell your personal information.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes, then delete them.
